How it Works

Step 1
I’ll send you a Health History Questionnaire to fill out before our first session. Your answers to these preliminary questions will help me get a sense of where you are, and will inform our work going forward.

Step 2
Next, we’ll schedule your Foundational Coaching Session to explore values, goals, and to make a plan for our coaching sessions. This session is aptly named because it sets up the vital foundation for the rest of our work together.

Step 3
Based on your unique needs, we’ll arrange weekly or bi-weekly sessions to uncover the path that best supports your well-being and goals. With my guidance, you’ll take intentional steps toward a more balanced life and celebrate your success.
